Return Policy

At Saggol Art Studio by Omer Maimon, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted for products and services purchased from Saggol Art Studio by Omer Maimon.
1. Products
We take great care in providing high-quality art supplies and materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, perishable items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
2. Art Classes and Workshops
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible:
Cancellations: To receive a full refund for a class or workshop, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the class has started.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a class or workshop, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Private Lessons
For private lessons, our return and cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations: To receive a full refund for a private lesson, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a private lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to find a new time that works for you.
