These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the Saggol Art Studio by Omer Maimon website ("Site", "Service") operated by Sagol Art Studio ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site.

2. Services
Saggol Art Studio by Omer Maimon provides art education services, including but not limited to, personalized lessons, group classes, and workshops. The terms for each service will be provided at the time of booking.

3. User Conduct
You agree to use our Site and services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the Site to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise violates any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Sagol Art Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Booking and Payment
All bookings for classes and workshops are subject to availability. Payment details and terms will be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any service without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
Saggol Art Studio by Omer Maimon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services. Your use of our Site is at your sole risk.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site must be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

9. Cancellation:

  • a. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone once payment has been received. A booking is only considered confirmed when full payment or a deposit has been made, as per the terms outlined during the booking process.

  •  b. Payment Terms Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. For private lessons, payment is due prior to the start of each session unless a package deal has been arranged.

  • c. Cancellations and Rescheduling Classes and Workshops: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the class or workshop has started. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be accommodated based on availability. Private Lessons: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and will be accommodated based on availability.

  • d. No-Shows No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows, defined as failing to attend a scheduled class, workshop, or private lesson without prior notice.

  • e. Changes to the Schedule Saggol by Omer Maimon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or private lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
